At JG Precision Tools, we sell, produce, and provide full service support for metalworking tools. We perform thermo-chemical treatments and apply PVD coatings using sputtering technology. In addition to catalog items, we create cutting tools to the individual order of each customer.
Using many years of experience, the professionalism and openness of our team, we design special tools. According to our clients’ designs – tailored to individual requirements and needs. We carry out all possible operations, from design, through production to quality control, without intermediaries, in our machinery park. Thanks to this, we provide extremely complex cutting tools with high durability and very short lead times.
As a long-time manufacturer of cutting tools, we have developed our own tools from the HUMM series. We designed turning tools with internal cooling and double insert pressure, as well as lathe boring bars with a vibration damper. As part of the HUMM series, we have also created carbide cutters, modern 5-axis centering vises and revolutionary skiving tools.

This year we also took part in the competition in both categories – #Virtual-Tool and #MadeOnANCA. Just like in the two previous versions, we advanced to the finals. This means that we are among the 6 best companies around the world. Today we know that we won the virtual tools competition, the results of which were announced on September 20, 2023. during the international trade fair EMO HANNOVER 2023. We are glad that the high competences and creative approach of our team have been appreciated again.
